The FM6000P, knit shirt placket fusing machine, is designed to fuse individually cut knit shirt plackets to fusible on a roll, or fuse continuous rolls of placket material to fusible on a roll. The custom folder produces consistent clean finish plackets which results in reduced labor costs and increased quality. With the use of pre-slotted fusible, the fold lines will not collapse and all plackets will be uniform and easy to set. The use of pre-slotted fusible also eliminates downtime due to dull slitting blades and/or the build up of fusible resin on or around the machine. It also allows for various weights and types of fusible to be used. The optional Silverman Cut Apart & Stack can be interfaced with the FM6000Pplacket fusing machine to eliminate the need to hand cut the plackets apart.
